Please follow the guidelines below, once we receive your request to exempt, we will execute the letter to you.
We understand the formal process to be as follows, however it may be modified as we progress over time.
1: You will send the board notice requesting that we allow you to record the exemption.
2: We will send you a form letter back allowing that.
3: Next, you will send a copy of what you are planning to record for our review, there is a Sample Exemption Letter on the Website if you wish to use this, the Board approves of the language.
4: Upon approval by us, you will record the exemption with the county clerk and pay any recording fees.
