Our website is responsive in that it displays differently depending on the device that you are using to view it with. On a computer or tablet the menu is displayed along the top of the screen. On a phone the menu is collapsed into a three line button at the top right of the screen. Selecting this button will open the menu in a drop down form. Because the website has a significant number of menu items the ‘login’ selection does not always immediately appear as a selection. If this happens one can slide the form up to show the login selection to allow you to then log into the website.

Now that the gate combinations will be changed regularly the website has been modified so that anyone with login access can obtain the combination. To do this simply log in to website and select the ‘Gates’ menu item and the gate combination will be displayed on the page. Also remember that you need to click the pound ‘#’ sign before entering the combination.

Select the CodeRED “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the page. Complete the instructions presented on the follow on page.

The main gate controls were rewired to allow for battery power to operate the key pad as well as the gate actuators in case of a power failure. There is no longer any need to disconnect the gate pins. Doing so has and will continue to damage gate.

If the gate does not open please use the cowboy gate to the right of the main gate.

Once there fill in the two necessary fields, MMR and lot number it will bring up your name and information. You then subscribe and can get a copy of your deed for $5.

To view the “Members Only” page of this website requires that a user login.

User logins are initiated through the “Register” menu item on the top line of the website.

• Selecting the “Register” menu item opens the registration dialog. It is required that all fields on this dialog be filled in.
• The Email you use to register must be distinct. This means that the same email cannot be used for multiple login accounts.
• The Ranch lot number is your property lot number.
• The Login username provides you an easier name to use when logging in.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one digit.Regular expression: ~^(?=.*[a-z])(?=.*[A-Z])(?=.*[0-9]).{8,}$~ are also allowed.
• Complete the “I’m not a robot” checkbox at the bottom of the form and then select the “Sign Up” button at the bottom.

Provided everything is filled in properly and you have completed the “I’m not a robot” check you are now registered. Your login account still needs to be approved.

Once the account administrator approves your account you will receive an email letting you know that you have been approved and you can now login to the website and view the “Members Only” page.

Simply

2. Deselect all recipients except John Graifemberg
3. Click the “I’m not a robot” check box (to insure you are a human)
4. Select the “Get in touch” button at the bottom of the page

This will send your information to John where upon one of the committee members will get back to you.
